- 2 dl flour
- 4 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 100g butter
- 1 tbs sugar
- a dash of salt
Add lfour, salt and sugar plus half the milk in a bowl. Move to a thick mas without any plumbs then add the eggs and last the rest of the milk.
Heat the pan and add the butter don’t burn it and when all is floating add it to the bowl.
Now use 1dl per pancake in the pan pan on medium heat.
